Is there actually a free plan?
Yes, one app, live chat widget, help center, and the mobile app, free forever. No credit card, no trial expiry. Revenue intelligence, AI features, and unlimited apps are on the Pro plan ($29/agent/mo).
How long does the Crisp migration take?
Usually under 5 minutes for a small-to-medium Crisp account. The importer is resumable if you hit a rate limit. Contacts, conversations, and help articles all come over. We'll show you a dry-run preview before anything imports.
Do I need to rewrite my Crisp SDK code?
No. The Convot SDK is $crisp-compatible. If you're using $crisp.push([...]) calls today, those same calls work on Convot. Just swap the snippet.
Does the Shopify Partner API require any special setup?
You paste your Shopify Partner API token once. Convot handles the sync, rate-limited, resumable, encrypted at rest. Takes about 4 minutes to backfill and then stays current automatically.
What if I have questions about a specific feature before deciding?

Can I migrate from something other than Crisp?
Crisp import is live. Intercom, Zendesk, and Help Scout imports are in progress. Email us if you're on a different platform, we'll tell you what's possible.
Is there a minimum contract or annual commitment?
No. Monthly, cancel any time. Annual billing is available at a discount if you want it.
Can I get a demo without signing up first?
