What's included

Everything a status page should do, built in.

No third-party subscriptions. No per-component pricing. Just toggle it on in your portal settings.

Built-in uptime monitoring

Add a URL to any component and Convot pings it on your chosen interval (as fast as every 2 minutes). If two consecutive checks fail, an incident opens automatically. When the URL comes back, the incident resolves itself.

Incident timeline

Every incident gets a public timeline: Investigating → Identified → Monitoring → Resolved. Post updates as you work through the problem. Merchants can see exactly where you are without flooding your inbox with "is it down?" messages.

90-day uptime bars

Each component shows a color-coded bar for every day over the past 90 days. Green for healthy, amber for degraded, red for down. Merchants can see your track record at a glance, building trust before they even install your app.

Email alerts

Configure which team members get notified when an auto-incident opens and when it resolves. Two emails per incident, the opener with impact level, the closer with the resolution body. Know before a merchant tells you.

Components with 5 status levels

Operational, Degraded, Partial outage, Major outage, Under maintenance. Drag to reorder. Each component can have its own monitored URL or be updated manually. The overall page banner reflects the worst active state automatically.

Widget status section

Opt into a Status tab inside your chat widget, merchants can check your service health without leaving the storefront. When something is degraded, they see it instantly instead of firing off a support ticket.

Retention tie-in

A status page is a trust signal, and trust keeps merchants installed.

Merchants who see a transparent, well-maintained status page trust you more. When an incident happens and you update it in real time, you keep the 5-star rating instead of getting a 1-star review written in the heat of the outage. Proactive honesty beats reactive silence every time.

  • Merchants check status before filing a ticket, fewer duplicate support threads during incidents
  • Auto-resolve clears the page the moment you're back, no manual cleanup at midnight
  • Your status page lives on your portal domain, another touchpoint that builds the brand
