An agent is any teammate who can reply to conversations — support reps, founders who jump in, a contractor you've added. Collaborators who only read or leave internal notes don't count. Each plan includes a set number of agents; beyond that it's $10/mo per agent.
Every plan includes a number of apps (1 on Starter, up to unlimited on Scale). Need one more than your plan includes? Add it for $20/mo, or move up a tier — whichever is cheaper. Apps are unlimited on Scale.
