Common questions

Answers before the demo.

Is there actually a free plan?

Yes. If you're under $1,000/mo MRR, the whole platform is free. Shopify apps are verified automatically from Partner revenue; for any other product, send us a screenshot of your MRR. No credit card. The month you cross $1k MRR you move onto a paid plan, starting at $49/mo.

How long does the Crisp migration take?

Usually under 5 minutes for a small-to-medium Crisp account. The importer is resumable if you hit a rate limit. Contacts, conversations, and help articles all come over. We'll show you a dry-run preview before anything imports.

Do I need to rewrite my Crisp SDK code?

No. The Convot SDK is $crisp-compatible. If you're using $crisp.push([...]) calls today, those same calls work on Convot. Just swap the snippet.

Building a Shopify app? Does the Partner API need special setup?

You paste your Shopify Partner API token once. Convot handles the sync, rate-limited, resumable, encrypted at rest. Takes about 4 minutes to backfill and then stays current automatically.

What if I have questions about a specific feature before deciding?

Can I migrate from something other than Crisp?

Yes. Crisp imports automatically. On Intercom, Zendesk, Freshdesk or Help Scout? We migrate you ourselves, free. Email us if you're on a different platform and we'll tell you what's possible.

Can I run several apps from one account?

Yes, that's what Convot is built for. Each app gets its own widget, help center and settings, and every conversation lands in one inbox, labeled by app. Plans include 1, 2, 5 or unlimited apps, and extra apps are $20/mo.

Is there a minimum contract or annual commitment?

No. Monthly, cancel any time. Annual billing is available at a discount if you want it.

Can I get a demo without signing up first?

Absolutely. Email [email protected] with "demo request" in the subject and we'll arrange a time. You don't need an account, we'll use ours.
