A seat is any teammate who can reply to conversations - support reps, founders who jump in, a contractor you've added. Collaborators who only read or leave internal notes don't count. Each plan includes a set number of seats; beyond that it's $10/mo per seat.
Every plan includes a number of apps (1 on Starter, up to unlimited on Scale). Need one more than your plan includes? Add it for $20/mo, or move up a tier - whichever is cheaper. Apps are unlimited on Scale.

Revenue intelligence pulls from the Shopify Partner API using your Partner credentials (OAuth, never stored in plaintext). Data is encrypted at rest and in transit. Convot reads revenue metrics; it never writes to your store. Full details in our Security doc.
