Common questions.

Is it really free for small teams?

Yes. If your product makes under $1,000/mo, the whole platform is free. Shopify apps are verified automatically: connect your Shopify Partner account and we read your real revenue. For any other product, send us a screenshot of your MRR and we switch you to the free plan. The month you cross $1,000 MRR, you move onto a paid plan. We grow when you grow.

What counts as a seat?

A seat is any teammate who can reply to conversations: support reps, founders who jump in, a contractor you've added. Collaborators who only read or leave internal notes don't count. Each plan includes a set number of seats; beyond that it's $10/mo per seat.

How does adding more apps work?

Every plan includes a number of apps (1 on Starter, 2 on Growth, 5 on Pro, unlimited on Scale). Each app gets its own widget, help center and settings, and every app lands in the same inbox on one bill. Need one more than your plan includes? Add it for $20/mo, or move up a tier, whichever is cheaper.

Can I import my data from Crisp?

Yes. Go to Settings, Migrations, Crisp and enter your Crisp website ID and API key. Convot imports your contacts, help-center articles and conversations from the last 180 days, in the background. Then swap the widget snippet and rename any $crisp.push calls to Convot.push, which accepts the same set, do and on commands.

How does revenue intelligence work, and is my Shopify data secure?

Revenue intelligence is for Shopify apps. It pulls from the Shopify Partner API using your Partner credentials (OAuth, never stored in plaintext). Data is encrypted at rest and in transit. Convot reads revenue metrics; it never writes to your store. Full details in our Security doc.

Do you white-label the chat widget?

The widget is fully brandable on every plan: your logo, your colors, your domain on the help center. “Powered by Convot” shows while you're on the free Community plan; every paid plan removes it.

Is there a contract? Can I cancel anytime?

No contract. Monthly billing, cancel anytime from your account settings. Annual billing is available (ask us for a quote). Your data is exportable any time.
