Let an AI agent work your inbox.

The server wraps the Convot REST API as a focused set of tools. Your agent can read and reply to conversations, manage contacts and search your help center, with the same API key, scopes and rate limits as the API.

  • Summarize every open conversation from today and flag the ones waiting longest.
  • Find [email protected], show her last conversation, and draft a reply.
  • Search the help center for “discount codes” and reply with the right article.
  • Resolve every conversation where the customer said thanks and nothing is pending.

Each API key is scoped to one app. Running several apps? Add a key per app and your agent can work across all of them.

Set up in two minutes

  1. Create an API key in App Settings → API Keys.
  2. Add the server to your MCP client. Nothing to clone or build: it runs with npx on Node.js 18+.
  3. Ask your agent to do support work.

Read-only by design

Cove only uses tools you allowlist, or tools your server marks read-only. Anything that could change data is dropped.

Scoped to the right customer

Set an identity field and Convot injects the verified customer's value into every call, so Cove can't look up someone else's account.

Signed requests

Requests from Convot to your server are HMAC-signed by default, so you can verify they came from us.

Fails safe

If your server is down or slow, Cove simply has no tools for that message and hands off as usual.
