What we keep hearing

More plugins, more support, same person.

Plugin makers describing the problem in public posts. Not our customers, just the problem, in their words.

"We had 15 plugins, hundreds of customers, and I was the bottleneck for all of it. Support tickets, bug fixes, new features, refunds."
WordPress plugin business owner, on X, 2026
"Running our own plugin business, the hardest part of support has always been one question: where is this customer's license actually running?"

Built for plugin businesses

Chat, email, docs and releases for every plugin.

01

One app per plugin

Set up each plugin as its own app: its own chat widget, docs and settings. Support for all of them lands in one inbox, tagged with the plugin name.

02

Email tickets, same inbox

Plugin support still runs on email. Forward your support address and every email becomes a conversation next to your chats.

03

Docs per plugin, on your domain

A searchable knowledge base for each plugin, in 12 languages, at docs.yourplugin.com or all under one domain.

04

Release notes people read

Publish a changelog per plugin. Users see “What's new” in the widget on your docs and account pages.

05

Feature requests with votes

A public roadmap per plugin. Users vote, and everyone who voted gets an email when it ships.

06

Answers for “how do I configure…”

Cove AI answers settings and setup questions from each plugin's own docs, and hands off to you when it isn't sure.

Where is this license running?

License, site and version, beside every chat.

Pass whatever your licensing system knows with one SDK call. The next time that customer writes in, you already see their license, the site it's on and the version they're running, instead of asking three follow-up questions.

your-plugin/admin.js
// In your plugin's admin or account page
Convot.push(["set", "user:email", "[email protected]"]);
Convot.push(["set", "session:data", {
  license: "PRO-8F2K-19QX",
  site: "acme.io",
  plugin_version: "3.2.1",
  wp_version: "6.6",
}]);

FAQ

Questions we get.

Is there a WordPress plugin to install?

Not yet. The widget is a two-line script tag, so you add it to your docs site, account area or plugin admin page like any other snippet.

Can I see a customer's license and site?

Yes. Pass license key, site URL, plan and version with the SDK's session data, and it shows beside the conversation.

I have more than five plugins. Which plan?

Pro covers 5 apps for $149/mo, each extra is $20/mo, and Scale covers unlimited apps for $299/mo.

Can I bring my old tickets?

Crisp imports automatically. From anything else, we migrate you ourselves, free.
