Convot is free under $1,000 MRR with 1 app and 3 seats, then $49 a month for 1 app and 3 seats, with extra apps at $20 and extra seats at $10, billed monthly; Cove AI is $0.20 per resolved conversation in which it replied, on paid plans. Featurebase's startup program can make it cheaper than Convot for a qualifying team.

For a help desk with a changelog, roadmap and status page in one product, Convot includes all three for each app, while Featurebase offers a changelog and roadmap but lists no status page on its pricing page or help center (checked 11 October 2026). Featurebase and Convot overlap more than most tools: both have live chat, an inbox, a help center, a changelog and a roadmap with voting. Featurebase is worth it for a small SaaS team that wants support, docs, feedback boards, a roadmap, a changelog and outbound messages in one product, especially if it qualifies for the startup program: 86% off plus a year of Fibi AI free for teams under 6 people founded in the last 2 years. For 3 seats it costs $87 a month on Growth billed yearly, before AI. It is a weaker fit for a team running several apps, since multi-brand is on Enterprise at $99 per seat, or one that needs a status page or in-chat scheduling, which its pricing page does not list.

As of 11 October 2026, Featurebase's Fibi AI agent costs $0.49 per resolution on Growth, Professional and Enterprise, on top of the $29, $59 or $99 per seat price billed yearly. The free plan does not support AI, and Featurebase's startup program adds a year of Fibi AI free. Featurebase's own blog post on SaaS help desks, updated 2 October 2026, gives $0.29 per AI resolution instead, so confirm the current rate with Featurebase. Convot's Cove AI costs $0.20 per resolved conversation in which it replied, on paid plans; it can show its sources and hands off to a person when unsure. Cove AI is not included on Convot's free plan.

Featurebase's pricing page, checked on 11 October 2026, lists a support platform, help center, feedback, roadmaps and a changelog, but not a status page or uptime monitoring. Convot includes a status page with uptime monitoring and automatic incidents for each app on every plan.

Featurebase lists a multi-brand workspace on its Enterprise plan, $99 per seat a month billed yearly. Convot is priced by app: 1 app on Starter at $49, 2 on Growth at $79, 5 on Pro at $149 and unlimited on Scale at $299, seats included.
